How to factory reset your HALO Home Bridge

ONLY DO THIS STEP IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO REMOVE THE DEVICE FROM THE APP.
If removal isn't possible, delete it by clicking "my device is broken" and then do the factory reset steps:

  1. Press the button on the Bridge for 15 to 20 seconds.
  2. On a successful reset, you will see the Blue LED blinking, indicating the Bridge is ready to be claimed again.
  3. If you do not see any change in the Blue LED, just unplug the Bridge and plug it back into the power outlet to perform a power cycle.
  4. After 2 minutes you will see the Blue LED blinking and you can then claim the Bridge back to your account.
