Create Your Account

1. Download the HALO Home App

2. Register your account and validate via email

1. Launch the app and tap "Register"
2. Enter your email address, create a password of at least 8 characters, complete other entries, and tap "Register" again.

4. Confirm your identity by clicking the link in your verification email.
5. Navigate back to the HALO Home App and log in.

Modify User Account

The HALO Home Web App is a convenient place for you to manage and edit your account settings.

1. Browse to https://myaccount.halohome.eaton.com
2. Sign in using your account credentials
3. Using the Profile screen you are able to:
   • Edit the First and Last Names
   • Update the Phone Number
   • Update your Password
   • Transfer Account Ownership by changing the Email address.
4. Simply enter your new information and click Update Profile or Update Password.

Remove User Account

There are two ways to cancel your HALO Home account:
